Happy Thanks-giving!

Today is Thursday, so I should say Happy be-lated Thanks-giving!! I hope you had a great Thanks-giving holiday with your family this past weekend! Last year I was in Korea, so I didn’t get to have a Thanks-giving dinner and be with my family. I did however celebrate the American Thanks-giving last year in Korea with my church. We had a banquet on the American military base and we had a great time!
Being away from home this past year in Korea made me appreciate my family a lot more. I really enjoyed being with my relatives in Waterloo this past weekend. It was great to spend time together with them and also the turkey dinner my Nana made was delicious! I just love turkey dinner for the Thanks-giving and Christmas holidays (Turkey, mashed potatoes, with gravy poured over top, stuffing, vegetables, bread, salad, etc)!
Have a great day and by the way my birthday is in 3 days (October 15)!

About Andrea

I am from Whitby, Ontario. I have lived in Romania for 9 years as a missionary but I am currently in Canada on a sabbatical break at this time. I have also lived in South Korea for a year and I have also been to Russia, Uganda, Albania and the Czech Republic on short-term mission trips. In 2012, God also gave me an amazing opportunity to go to Mozambique for the Harvest Mission School with Iris Ministries as well. I love children, reaching out to people who are in need and vulnerable, I have a passion to fight against the injustice issue of human trafficking and to simply share the love of Jesus wherever I go. I also love cats too and I have a cat of my own named Minnie!
