pizza social night with students

Tonight the school where I teach at had our first social event this term with the students. We went to a Christian cafe and had pizza! Nine of my students came out along with the other students and teachers who were there. We even had some YWAMers come out and join us! It was a great night to get to know the students at a more informal basis, especially that it was out of the classroom.

Two of my classes came out and they sat at different tables so I had to share myself along my students tonight but it worked out. One of my students I got to hear his testimony which was so neat. His name is Csaby and he is 16 years old (my youngest student) and he is very passionate for God it just inspires me so much. It really encouraged me to hear how he came to know the Lord and all of what God is doing in his life. My roommate afterwards told me he went to her table and shared his testimony with a couple of students who aren’t Christians and then at the end of the night he rapped for us (in Romanian which is his second language because Hungarian is his first language). He writes Christian rap songs himself, which is amazing!

A couple of my students go to a church in Reghin (which is the city where I teach at twice a week) and they told me about their church camp they will have at the end of June and I got really interested in it. They told me the camp will be in the mountains, they will have services and free time during the day and a Pastor from England will be preaching there. I am seriously considering going! I think it would be wonderful to go!
