Today I wasn’t able go to Sabolciu but thankfully I still had a productive day. I decided it would be a good idea to meet with all the project leaders at separate times to ask them questions about the different projects that Pathway to Joy Ministries has so I can gain more knowledge and I could share more about the ministry to my supporters and also with the PAOC when I speak to them.

Today I was able to meet with Adina for a couple of hours which was really helpful since she is the coordinator for two of the projects that the organization has. First we talked about the hospital ministry to the abandoned babies and the second thing we talked about was the foster care ministry. I am so glad I was able to talk to her about the projects she coordinates because it definitely gave me more understanding of the background and how they are currently been run.

Now I really wish I had gone to the baby hospital at least a couple of times during my first year in Oradea because I was able to experience all the different ministries throughout the year except for the baby hospital ministry. When I go back to Romania after my break in Canada I’d like to go to the hospital a couple of times.

Well I cannot believe that one week today I’ll be heading back to Canada. I am looking forward to going home and seeing everyone again but at the time at right now I feel a bit overwhelmed with everything that I need to do before I leave. I would really appreciate your prayers that I’ll be able to get everything done that I need to do before I leave, thanks so much!

About Andrea

I am from Whitby, Ontario. I have lived in Romania for 9 years as a missionary but I am currently in Canada on a sabbatical break at this time. I have also lived in South Korea for a year and I have also been to Russia, Uganda, Albania and the Czech Republic on short-term mission trips. In 2012, God also gave me an amazing opportunity to go to Mozambique for the Harvest Mission School with Iris Ministries as well. I love children, reaching out to people who are in need and vulnerable, I have a passion to fight against the injustice issue of human trafficking and to simply share the love of Jesus wherever I go. I also love cats too and I have a cat of my own named Minnie!
