Today I had such a great day! I had three great things that happened to me today. The first one is I heard back from Cornel (he’s my director). I am so glad that I heard back from him because on Tuesday of this week I sent him an e-mail to him with a bunch of important questions that I need to know the answers to for more information about the organization that I’m working with (specifically the background). This information will be extremely helpful for me to share with the missions department at the PAOC for my application process and also with my supporters too. This is definitely an answer to prayer that I heard back from my director!
The second great thing that happened today was I got an e-mail from Kathy Kozsukan who is the person that I have been corresponding to with the missions department at the PAOC. She told me that she heard that I spoke to Murray yesterday and talked to him about my application. She also told me that she has set up a Skype appointment for me with Darcy McAlister who is the person that oversees the application process. Wow, this is great news!! I will have my Skype appointment with Darcy on Tuesday March 29th at 4:30pm. I would really, really appreciate your prayers for this important Skype call, thanks! I will keep you posted on how it goes.
The third great thing that happened today was I received a belated Christmas gift from my parents today. I was totally shocked when I opened it up and I couldn’t believe it. I got a really nice camcorder and this is my very first one!! Wow, this is going to be an extremely helpful ministry tool to use in Romania and also for my fundraising as well! I was shocked because I never asked or expected it at all.
Well, God knew that this would be a useful thing for me to have. I feel so blessed beyond what I can put into words to such supportive parents who believe in what God has called me to do in reaching out to the orphan and gypsy children in Romania. It so awesome how God provides and even when we don’t even ask for it, He knows exactly what we need! What a great day I had!! 🙂
