Today I took Minnie to the vet again for the vaccinations that she needed and it went so much better compared to how it was like on Tuesday. I had much better taxi drivers and they let me bring Minnie in their cab without any problems. I decided to call a taxi from my apartment this time instead of getting a cab at the market. I am glad I did that because it was a little less stressful for Minnie today going to the vet.

Our time at the vet was much better and the two doctors were very nice. This time there

was no one else at the clinic except for the doctors and I so that was nice not to have anyone else or any other animals there when we were there. When the vet gave the vaccination this time, the doctor asked me to hold Minnie instead of putting her on the table which I thought worked a bit better.

Minnie still seemed a bit stress being there but she was a lot better compared to Tuesday and she even enjoyed walking around the clinic too. I just wish Minnie didn’t hiss at one of the doctors. I felt so bad when I saw her do that and it’s very rare to see her hiss at anyone. The taxi ride back was fine and Minnie seemed happy to be home when we got back.

Now I don’t have to take Minnie back to the vet until February of next year for her de-worming medicine. I just want to thank everyone for praying for Minnie’s vet visit today. Overall Minnie did really well and I felt like a proud Mom! I just praise God for the peace that He gave to both of us today. God is so good!!

In the evening I went to the international church service. It was a great service and it was so good to spend time in God’s presence with such passionate people after God! My Pastor told us during the service today that tomorrow’s date of 11/11/11 (November 11, 2011) only comes once every 100 years so he challenged us to bring this date in at midnight with the Lord. I decided to take up my Pastor’s challenge and spend time with the Lord in prayer and a time of worship. I am so glad that I did because I had an awesome time with God!! 🙂
