Today I watched “The Biggest Loser”. What an inspiring TV show it is and I’m always learning new things from the show! I really liked what Ramon said (he is one of the contestants on this season) at the end of the show. Ramon was the one who was eliminated from this episode and at the end of the show he said something that was so profound to me! This is what he said “it is about shedding off the pounds and becoming a new person”.

When I heard that I immediately thought of my relationship with Christ and how I need to shed off my sinful nature and become more like Christ. One of the trainers also said to one of his trainees to stop being self-destructive and to be more positive. When I also heard that I was also challenged too that I need to speak more positive about myself. I cannot believe how much I’m learning from this TV show! There should be more shows like this!

For all of you Newsboys fans out there! I just found out today from the K-Love radio station that they have a new album that came out last week! It is a worship album, with a really great collection of some of my favorite songs and it’s called “God’s Not Dead”.

This is one of their songs from their new album.

The song is called “God’s Not Dead (Like a Lion).
