Today was such a great with the team! We unloaded the container and started sorting

The team and staff in front of the container!

where things go. I am just blown away by everyone’s generous hearts that gave from Florida because we got so much stuff and way beyond what I was expecting for all the projects (orphan mentoring project, gypsy impact community project, foster care and baby hospital) plus Christmas gifts for around 200 children!!!

It was really just amazing to see piles and piles of boxes, bicycles, a playground set for the House of Joy (future orphan home that the foundation will run) and even a piano! How awesome is our God of how He has orchestrated to bring this container that was filled with love to Romania!

Boxes and boxes of donations!

By the end of the day everyone was exhausted but yet all of our hearts were so full of joy to see all the donations that were brought to Romania. It was so encouraging to see how both the team from Florida and our staff here worked so well together. I really believe that God knitted our hearts together as one and really united us as one team which is just awesome! I’m looking to sorting and preparing for the Christmas parties tomorrow with the team.

About Andrea

I am from Whitby, Ontario. I have lived in Romania for 9 years as a missionary but I am currently in Canada on a sabbatical break at this time. I have also lived in South Korea for a year and I have also been to Russia, Uganda, Albania and the Czech Republic on short-term mission trips. In 2012, God also gave me an amazing opportunity to go to Mozambique for the Harvest Mission School with Iris Ministries as well. I love children, reaching out to people who are in need and vulnerable, I have a passion to fight against the injustice issue of human trafficking and to simply share the love of Jesus wherever I go. I also love cats too and I have a cat of my own named Minnie!
