“For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderful made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well”.                                                                                                   Psalm 139:13 – 14

“When fear knocks on the door, answer with faith”.  I saw this quote on my facebook home page (well actually on the side bar when it was posted up) which was posted by the Joyce Meyer Ministries. I really like this quote because I often struggle with fear so instead of me allowing fear to take over I really need to answer in faith. I also want to add something to that quote “when fear knocks on the door, rebuke it in Jesus name and answer with faith”. This is something that the Lord has been teaching me to do lately and it is so incredibility important to do especially for us to be victorious in the Lord.

Today I stayed home and worked on my blog. I was able to post four more entries up which was really great! In the evening I listened to a sermon by Heidi Baker which was so very refreshing, encouraging and challenging to hear. It was a video series from one of the conferences that she spoke at a church in Dallas, Texas.

It was about how we are called to live in the river of God based on Revelation 22:1. We need to be so filled and hungry for the Holy Spirit that it will change the way we look, the way we act, the way we feel and the way we are. God is looking for people who are yielded radical lovers of Him. She spoke about the importance of fasting and praying and being in the word of God. God is asking us to carry His promises and to trust in Him with everything. When God ask us to do something then we need to prepare.

Heidi also spoke about the favour that it is a gift from God. She asked these questions “will either receive or ditch? Will you receive it and yield your life and paid the price -to carry the favour of God, the purposes of God, the calling of God to full term?” We all want favour but will we carry the favour of the glory of God to full term. The Lord wants us to be totally dependent on Him for us to walk in the fullness of Him.

It is a six part video series. Here’s the link to the first video if you are interested in watching this sermon by Heidi Baker: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fBRIhw1-D98

Here’s an update on Pastor Youcef in Iran:

Please continue to pray for him. He is still alive today but he is once again in the court system to recant his faith again. We must keep the media pressure going and continue to call out to God for him. Let’s keep praying for this Pastor that God will keep strengthening his faith as he is going through this time. Blessings.
