“The one who call you is faithful and he will do it.”               – 1 Thessalonians 5:24

This morning at church was amazing – great worship, a great sermon and I felt so deeply encouraged by God when my Pastor prayed for me after he preached. In the afternoon I went to the Sabolciu gypsy village with the other volunteers. It was great to see the kids but honestly I don’t know why but their behavior was just terrible today. It might have been the weather because it was really cold outside today when we were outside with them today during the sermon portion of the church service. I did have a few special moments like when a couple of the younger kids wanted to be by my side, it was especially cute how Luca didn’t want to go home because he wanted to be with me.

In the evening I watched “Romania’s Got Talent” TV show and I also spoke to my parents on Skype for a couple of hours. We talked about a lot of different things so our conversation turned out to be a bit longer. Oh, well at least we don’t have to pay for it and it’s always nice to be able to see each other on the web cam too.

I came across this today and I thought this was so powerful. It’s called “Intercession” by Eric Ludy. It’s definitely a must see for everyone as I’m sure you will be challenged like I was when I saw it.

About Andrea

I am from Whitby, Ontario. I have lived in Romania for 9 years as a missionary but I am currently in Canada on a sabbatical break at this time. I have also lived in South Korea for a year and I have also been to Russia, Uganda, Albania and the Czech Republic on short-term mission trips. In 2012, God also gave me an amazing opportunity to go to Mozambique for the Harvest Mission School with Iris Ministries as well. I love children, reaching out to people who are in need and vulnerable, I have a passion to fight against the injustice issue of human trafficking and to simply share the love of Jesus wherever I go. I also love cats too and I have a cat of my own named Minnie!
