“And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.”                          Mark 16:17 – 18

This morning I went to my Bible study leader’s church and then in the afternoon I went to the Sabolciu gypsy village with the other volunteers. Our time in the village was just awesome! Dani did an amazing job with leading us in a time of worship, then Steve preached an amazing sermon on knowing our identity in Christ and then we had a time of prayer for an older man who recently accepted Christ into his heart and before we left we prayed for a young girl named Florica (she’s 7 years old and she can’t walk).

When we prayed for Florica it was an incredible time of prayer for her and wow the faith that this young girl has for God! She couldn’t walk yet but we are going to keep praying until we get our miracle to see this beautiful girl walk in the name of Jesus!! I am also very grateful that my friend Vali joined us today too for the first time. I praise God for what He is doing in the lives of these precious people in Sabolciu! I believe we are going to start seeing miracles and supernatural works of God soon!!!

“LOVE – It is a small four letter word that will cost you everything: laying down your life, passion and compassion, giving without expecting, feeling His very heartbeat and surrendering to His rhythm, and following the Lamb wherever He goes, even to Mozambique.”

About Andrea

I am from Whitby, Ontario. I have lived in Romania for 9 years as a missionary but I am currently in Canada on a sabbatical break at this time. I have also lived in South Korea for a year and I have also been to Russia, Uganda, Albania and the Czech Republic on short-term mission trips. In 2012, God also gave me an amazing opportunity to go to Mozambique for the Harvest Mission School with Iris Ministries as well. I love children, reaching out to people who are in need and vulnerable, I have a passion to fight against the injustice issue of human trafficking and to simply share the love of Jesus wherever I go. I also love cats too and I have a cat of my own named Minnie!
