“O God, you are my God, earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you, my body longs for you, in a dry and weary land where there is no water.”                    Psalm 63:1

This morning I felt quite tired when I woke up because I haven’t had a good night’s sleep

in the last three nights, then I had quite a stressful morning on top of my exhaustion. I accidently got locked in the bathroom after I took a shower which was quite scary but thankfully my Bible study leader Patrick was able to come over to my apartment and get me out which was a huge blessing because otherwise I don’t know what else I would have done to get out so what a miracle that was from God!

Then the electricity didn’t work on the tram line when we went to church so we had to take a taxi there and then when I got to church I accidently stepped on coffee that was split on the floor. What a morning and I felt bad that it was stressful for my family too but I am thankful that everything turned out just fine in the end.

In the afternoon I went to the Sabolciu gypsy village with my family and the other

volunteers from 3:00 – 6:00pm. I am so grateful that our time went so well there! It was such a blessing for my family to be able to go to the village today. The parents and the children were really glad to meet my family! My brother has never before been to a poor gypsy village and so I wasn’t sure if he would enjoy it or not but he really seemed to enjoy every moment of his time there. I was so surprised how he just soaked up his time there and he was right involved with the children and the families. Oh, and the young boys just loved him! At one point he even fell down because he had like three boys on top of him and I felt so bad that he scratched one of his legs up but it was so sweet how the boys were so concerned and asked if he was okay.

After our time at the Sabolciu gypsy village we went to the Lotus mall to eat dinner at the food court there and then we headed home after a long busy day. I am so thankful that my day turned out to be amazing especially after the stressful morning that I had and I’m grateful that my landlord was able to come over in the evening to fix my door too.
