Happy Easter Everyone!
I pray that you will have a very blessed Easter weekend as you celebrate what Christ has done for us (his death and Resurrection). Today we had a very delicious Easter dinner to officially end our lecture phase at the YWAM base in Cluj, Romania. We had salad, chicken, rice and lamb which was really good.
I’m getting really excited as I’ll be heading off to Uganda next Monday night (April 21st) or I should say Tuesday morning (April 22nd)! I would really appreciate your prayers for God’s blessing as I do my last minute shopping tomorrow (Saturday) because I really need to get some important items before I leave (e.g. skirts, sleeping bag, a new pair of summer shoes, etc) and that I wouldn’t get stressed out tomorrow but I will be able to get everything that I need.
I would also really appreciate your prayers for my team’s travel time on the bus and on our flights to Uganda. Please pray for God’s protection as we travel, please pray that our airport check in will go smoothly and also we will all be able to get our tourist visas for Uganda without any problems.
I have included my team’s flight itinerary below in this e-mail but if you would like a quick overview of our travel time here it is: (All the times are the local times of the country). We will be flying with Turkish airlines.

Then we will travel to Vatja, Hungary for the YWAM Central European conference where we will be helping out with the children’s ministry there and also enjoy the conference as well. The dates for the leadership gathering is from May 28th – 30th and the dates for the staff gathering are from May 30th – June 2nd. After the conference we will be doing a week of ministry in Romania to finish our outreach before our last week of the DTS debriefing. The graduation will be on June 13th.
Thank-you so very much for all of your prayers as we travel during our outreach. Some other things that we would also appreciate your prayers for are: team unity, protection (also spiritually too), open hearts to be able to share the gospel, we would always be aware that we carry the presence of Jesus to bring hope, healing and restoration to broken hearts, for God’s full provision for all of our needs and that I wouldn’t have any problems with my left knee during the outreach at all.
Thank-you again from the bottom of our hearts for all of your prayers during the DTS outreach. I’m really excited to see what God is going to do and I’m looking forward to sharing about it afterwards! Again have a wonderful and blessed Easter weekend with your family!
