I just wanted to let you know that I have arrived safe and sound back in Romania. I am currently having problems accessing my e-mail and facebook account so I am not able to send you an update yet about how my trip back went and also how my DTS outreach went in Uganda but I hope and pray that I will be able to access it again as soon as possible. The day before I left Romania or the day I arrived in Uganda I found out that someone had hacked into my e-mail account and also for some reason I cannot access my facebook account either. This has caused a lot of frustration and I feel like I have been losing my peace over this issue too. Please join with me and pray for God to do a miracle of recovering both of my e-mail and facebook accounts because this is really important to me so I can contact my friends and family again. Thank-you so much for praying for this and lifting this up to God.
I am still quite tired from traveling almost 30 hours yesterday and Monday to get back to Romania (Monday May 26th I had a 9 1/2 hour bus ride from Aura to Kampala in Uganda, then a 1 1/2 bus ride to the airport, then on Tuesday May 27th my first flight to Istanbul was a 6 hour fight, then my second flight was 2 hours to Budapest and then finally the bus ride to Cluj, Romania was 7 1/2 hours) but at the same time I’m very thankful that everything went really, really well for my trip back with my DTS outreach team.
I was suppose to go to Hungary for almost a week with my outreach team but then the plans changed so I came back to the YWAM base in Cluj, Romania for the remaining time for my DTS outreach. The rest of this week we are just unwinding and then we will do some ministry things at the end of the week. Next week I hope that we will be able to do some ministry with the Roma gypsy communities around here and then the week after that we will have a time of debriefing. The DTS graduation I think will be on either Friday June 13th or Saturday June 14th and then after that I will go back home to Targu Mures, Romania where I will be able to be with my flatmate Miriam and Minnie my cat again.
Over the next couple of days I’m going to catch up on my journal for my time that I had in Uganda and then I will be able to write an update on how it went there. I really just need some time to process and reflect of how the last few weeks went while I was in Uganda. I definitely do look forward to filling you in on all that has happened during the outreach because it was amazing and my heart is filled with so much gratitude of everything that the Lord has done during my time there! I’ll also post our team newsletter on my blog and my personal newsletter too very soon as well. I just want to thank-you again for all of your prayers while I was in Uganda. I really appreciate it a lot! Blessings to you!
