The week had a great end!

I wanted to post this yesterday but then right before I was going to send it the internet went down so here it is:

Sunday June 1, 2014

I would like to write a quick entry on my blog and just praise God that my week had a great end to it and I would also like to thank everyone for all of your prayers as well. On Friday I was finally able to re-gain access to my facebook account which was a huge miracle from the Lord because I actually found out that someone was trying to hack into my facebook as well and it ended up being blocked too. I am so very, very thankful to God that I am now able to now have access to my facebook account again because now I can keep people updated on how things are going, share pictures and contact people as well which is really important especially with being on the mission field.

On Friday I also finally decided to make a new e-mail account with gmail because one of my team leaders advised me that there is a higher security with gmail so I decided it would be best just to make a new e-mail account. However I still haven’t been able to recover my old hotmail account which has caused a lot of frustration with that especially since all of my contacts are on there so the last few days I have been contacting people through facebook to begin to rebuild my new e-mail contact list. If you are reading this blog entry right now and you have received my prayer updates and newsletters in the past and you are still interested in connecting with me again through e-mail please connect me ASAP so I can add you to my new contact list. I’m a little hesitate though of putting my e-mail directly onto my blog so please contact me through facebook or other means to connect with me and I would be more then happy to give you my new e-mail address. Thanks so much!

I just want to praise God for restoring my joy and peace from how the enemy had robbed it with all of that stress that my e-mail and my facebook issues have caused me over the last almost 6 weeks. This past weekend I had quite a relaxing weekend here at the YWAM base in Cluj where I got to just enjoy hanging out with the students and the staff here.
This morning my team and I went to a small Pentecostal church that is near the YWAM base here. The pastors invited us to do a small program there as a part of their service so we sung a few worship songs both in English and in Romanian, then I shared my testimony and one of my team leaders preached a very inspiring message on faith. I felt very encouraged by God and my team when I shared my testimony this morning of how God has been bringing me into a new and deeper level with Him as I have been sharing on the Father heart of God both today and throughout this outreach when I was in Uganda and now in Romania.

We have one more week of our DTS outreach and then the following week we have a time of debriefing with the other DTS team that went to Serbia. Our graduation will be on Friday June 13th which is so very exciting to finally see the chapter and this season of my life to come to an end after all of the trials and struggles with my health especially my left knee. I’m also really looking to see what God has prepared for me in the next season in my life with YWAM and other things He has prepared for me and my family as well!

I just wanted to give you heads up I’ll be posting our team newsletter in the next blog entry so I hope you will really enjoy it and then after the DTS graduation I’ll post my personal newsletter on my blog as well. Blessings to you and thanks again so much for all of your prayers for me during this time!
